ARGUS Enterprise: Public Training 2 Day - Agenda

Public virtual classes are scheduled from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, aligned with the specified time zone selected from the drop-down menu.

ARGUS Classroom Training
Our 2-day training program is designed for new-to-intermediate users of ARGUS Enterprise or anyone who will be responsible for entering leases, budgets, market assumptions or valuation and yield parameters on a repetitive basis. The modules that are covered in the course include Valuation- Cash Flow, Portfolio Level Reporting and Sensitivity. Courses concentrate on practical applications of the software through interactive examples and case studies. Participants are exposed to a large cross section of the software's capabilities, fundamentals and unique nuances.

Public Online Classes: Prior to the class date, users will receive an eBook (non-printable) training guide via RedShelf along with virtual access to ARGUS Enterprise. It is highly recommended to have a minimum of two monitors for optimal experience. Sessions are hosted through CloudShare, please select the hyperlinks to ensure system requirements are met prior to the session.

ARGUS Software is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website: www.nasbaregistry.org.

Rescheduling Fee: Attendees must reschedule at least 10 days prior to the training start date to avoid rescheduling fees. Students who reschedule within 10 days of the training start date will be charged a $250.00 rescheduling fee.

Cancellation Fee: Cancellation requests must be received via email at USTraining@altusgroup.com at least 15 business days prior to the training start date to receive a full refund. Cancellations made after the 15 business day policy are considered non-refundable and there will be a $250.00 reschedule fee for future classes.

Note: Classes are subject to cancellation if a minimum of six (6) students have not registered 15 days prior to the function.
