ARGUS Classroom Training
The ARGUS Enterprise: 1-Day Mixed Use (Retail / Multifamily) training course focuses on users that will build and work with property assets that have both retail and residential / multifamily units in one. This oneday training will focus on building an asset from scratch and include adding revenues, operating expenses, capital expenses, Retail Tenants with advanced Percentage Rent and Multifamily unit functionality. Investment and Valuation topics will also be covered, along with additional case studies at the end for extra practice.

Public Online Classes: Prior to the class date, users will receive an eBook (non-printable) training guide via RedShelf along with virtual access to ARGUS Enterprise. It is highly recommended to have a minimum of two monitors for optimal experience. Sessions are hosted through CloudShare, please select the hyperlinks to ensure system requirements are met prior to the session.

ARGUS Software is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website: www.nasbaregistry.org.

Rescheduling Fee: Attendees must reschedule at least 10 days prior to the training start date to avoid rescheduling fees. Students who reschedule within 10 days of the training start date will be charged a $250.00 rescheduling fee.

Cancellation Fee: Cancellation requests must be received via email at USTraining@altusgroup.com at least 15 business days prior to the training start date to receive a full refund. Cancellations made after the 15 business day policy are considered non-refundable and there will be a $250.00 reschedule fee for future classes.

Note: Classes are subject to cancellation if a minimum of six (6) students have not registered 15 days prior to the function.
