ARGUS Developer: Public Training 1 Day - Agenda

Public virtual classes are scheduled from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, aligned with the specified time zone selected from the drop-down menu.

ARGUS Classroom Training
This 1-day training program is designed for new to intermediate users of ARGUS Developer. This training will cover a comprehensive introduction to ARGUS Developer, showcase how to set up a multi-phase project that utilizes unit sales, capitalized rent and operated assets. Complex structured financing will demonstrate how to model waterfall distributions and multiple sources of financing.

Public Online Classes: Prior to the class date, users will receive an eBook (non-printable) training guide via RedShelf along with virtual access to ARGUS Developer. It is highly recommended to have a minimum of two monitors for optimal experience. Sessions are hosted through CloudShare, please select the hyperlinks to ensure system requirements are met prior to the session.

ARGUS Software is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website: www.nasbaregistry.org.

Rescheduling Fee: Attendees must reschedule at least 10 days prior to the training start date to avoid rescheduling fees. Students who reschedule within 10 days of the training start date will be charged a $250.00 rescheduling fee.

Cancellation Fee: Cancellation requests must be received via email at USTraining@altusgroup.com at least 15 business days prior to the training start date to receive a full refund. Cancellations made after the 15 business day policy are considered non-refundable and there will be a $250.00 reschedule fee for future classes.

Note: Classes are subject to cancellation if a minimum of six (6) students have not registered 15 days prior to the function.
