Booking confirmation: Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received and confirmation has been sent from Altus Group. Order will be processed within 1 business day. Altus Group is not responsible for any cost incurred prior to client receipt of our booking confirmation.
Rescheduling fee: Attendees must reschedule at least 10 days prior to the training date to avoid rescheduling fees. Students who reschedule within 10 days of the training start date will be charged a $250 rescheduling fee
Cancellation fee: Cancellation requests must be received via email at ustraining@altusgroup.com at least 15 business days prior to the training start date to receive a full refund. Cancellations made after the 15 business day policy are considered non-refundable and there will be a $250 rescheduling fee for future classes
